		<description>I don&#039;t think the church I work at is that kind of community, but I think I actually see a desire for that just below the surface.  I think people want that kind of community, and they want to find it in the Church, but so often they don&#039;t.  The tough part of me is that I should probably be leading the way in this and I don&#039;t.</description>
